Witch’s Brew Halloween Drink

With all of this Halloween craziness happening around here, the thing I’ve been the most excited about is getting to do a spooky drink post! So we came up with a “radioactive” sweet treat that looks like it might have come from inside of a cauldron. Throw some eyeball donut drink stirrers in the mix, and you’ve got yourself a monster of a drink. If witch’s brew were actually THIS delicious, it wouldn’t be very hard to put a spell on someone! This is super simple to make and only involves a few ingredients, so you’ll want to be sippin’ on this all October long. And it’s a fun one for the kids! (Plus, donuts are involved so you can’t go wrong. Ha!)

12 oz of lime concentrate, thawed
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 liter sprite
Green chocolate melts
Rainbow sprinkles
Powdered mini donuts
Edible candy eyes

1. Mix together all of the ingredients in a large punch bowl and serve! To keep the top looking bubbly, add more Sprite when the fizz starts to deflate.

2. For the sprinkle cup rims, melt the green chocolate melts in the microwave for 1 minute and dip the rim of the glass into the chocolate. Roll in a bowl full of rainbow sprinkles and stick in the refrigerator until the chocolate has hardened.

3. To make the eyeball drink stirrers, take a candy eyeball and put a little bit of the chocolate from the chocolate melts on the back. Stick it to the middle of the donut and allow to dry. Pierce the donut through the middle of a straw or drink stirrer and place in your drink!

I see this drink, a bowl of popcorn, and a TV showing Hocus Pocus in my future. (We all know that’s the go-to Halloween movie). Don’t fall under the witch’s spell, but definitely do enjoy this drink!
