Whew! We’ve got a BIG post today folks because I’m sharing my crazy shoe collection with all of you!!! I don’t “collect” many things, but when it comes to fun shoes, I’m a bit obsessed. They’re always the first thing I splurge on and the last thing I get rid of. So for today’s installment of #ImHereForTheColor, we’re not just sharing how to wear one color, we’re showing the easiest way to add a little pop of color to your wardrobe with colorful SHOES!
You can shop my whole collection below, and I’m listing out all of my favorite places to buy shoes. If you’re not sure how to start wearing color or are hesitant to incorporate it into your outfit of the day, why not start from the ground up?! (Literally!) And for those of you wondering how I survive winter or the gym in all of these heels, I only picked out my most fun pairs of shoes. Ha! Trust me, I have some ugly/practical shoes that hide away in the depths of my closet. Anyways, let’s get to it!!
We obviously had to form a little rainbow since I have shoes in every color of the rainbow. 😉 And these just so happen to be some of my favorite pairs. I’ve probably worn the yellow ones more than any other shoes I own, and I’ve had to be SO careful not to get them dirty walking down the New York streets!

Some of my favorite places to shop for shoes:
If you clicked through all of the links above, you might have realized that more than half of my closet is made up of shoes from Asos. The first step is admitting you have a problem, right? There’s not really any other store that compares to Asos for unique shoe options. They’re not afraid of crazy, over-the-top designs and that’s exactly what I love about them!
They have a store in Soho that I go to all of the time, but the online shop has a lot of amazing options too. The gold boots that I’m wearing CONSTANTLY are from & Other Stories. Make sure you check often though, because their shoes tend to sell out quickly.
Urban Outfitters is similar to Asos in my opinion because they have always have a really good selection of colorful shoes in fun styles. You can typically wait until they go on sale too, and you’ll most likely get them for half off or more.
Surprisingly, Forever21 has a lot of really good shoe options now. They’re on the cheaper end of the spectrum, which sometimes means they might not last as long, but that’s good for trying out trends or styles you’re unsure of. They don’t have the same shoes in store, so I usually buy online.
I’ve been finding a lot of pom pom and tassel shoes from Zara, which are SO on trend right now. Zara is usually a hit or miss for me, but I recently bought a pair of red flats here that might be the most comfortable pair of shoes I’ve ever worn.
This is where I go to get really good quality, handmade shoes. You can also speak directly to the person making your shoes most of the time, so you can make sure they are exactly what you’re looking for. Plus, you’re supporting local makers, so that’s obviously a great incentive!

I hope you found a new pair of shoes that fits for your personal style! I know I’m wayyy over on the adventurous side of the spectrum in terms of footwear, but I tried to throw in some less crazy options too. Ha! Is there anything that you guys like to collect?!
