I told you we weren’t done with the ice cream projects just yet! Do you remember when we made funfetti cookie crisp cereal? Well, we’re using that same recipe today to make a funfetti chocolate chip ice cream sandwich MILKSHAKE!! Whew, that’s a mouthful. You all know by now that we like to go big on flavor around here, and I thought it would be fun to make a milkshake that tastes exactly like those store-bought chocolate chip ice cream sandwiches, but with a rainbow sprinkles twist of course. If we had our way, every food would be covered in rainbow sprinkles. Ha! Let’s get shakin’!
Funfetti chocolate chip cookies (from our recipe here)
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tablespoon hot fudge
1 funfetti chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich
Rainbow sprinkles
1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
1. Place ice cream, milk, hot fudge, mini chocolate chips, and ice cream sandwich into a blender and mix until combined.
2. Mix in rainbow sprinkles and pour into a milkshake glass.
3. Garnish with extra cookies and sprinkles. Enjoy!
Who’s hungry now?! Milkshakes for everyone! We’re in a heatwave in NYC right now, so I’ll be busy drinking one of these today if you need me!
