After I shared this mocktail last week for New Years, you guys asked for more mocktail recipes, so you betcha you’ll be getting more mocktails!!! Soooo I don’t drink (never have, and probably never will), but I always see other bloggers making the prettiest champagne cotton candy drinks or delicious-looking coffee cocktails. They always look incredible, and I hope with a little bit of sprinkles I can make some mocktail versions of fun drinks that you can share with the kiddos and that are just as yummy as the real thing!
And first up is this BIRTHDAY CAKE mocktail, so you can celebrate with cake in a different way! We all know birthday cake is a must at any birthday party, but if you’re not a baker, you can certainly be a mocktail shaker instead and make these for all of your guests. Plus, this one is super easy, so you’ll be sipping on some cake-flavored drinks in no time!
1 1/2 ounces of vanilla almond milk
1 ounce of white chocolate milk
2 ounces half and half
1 teaspoon dry white cake mix
*You can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to turn it into a mocktail milkshake too!
1. Combine all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, shake, and strain.
2. To put sprinkles on the rim of your glass, put some corn syrup into a bowl and dip the top of the glass into the corn syrup. Shake to remove excess. Dip the rim of the glass into the sprinkles and turn upright.
3. Pour in your drink and enjoy!! (Top with a few more sprinkles to give it some color if you’d like)
