We’re showing you guys the first peek at our new studio kitchen today! And I am SO pumped!!!! One of the first things we did when we first moved into this space was paint the floor white, and since the space is one big, open area, I wanted to figure out how to break up the different rooms without having to put up temporary walls. We bought rugs for our desk space and the living room, but after getting our pink refrigerator, I knew we had to do something extra special around this dream fridge. Soooo we painted the floor RAINBOW! Yes, you totally read that right, we have a rainbow kitchen floor and I totally can’t believe it still! I’m super excited for the day we can open up our studio for all of you to come visit, which is why our goal is to make this the most fun, colorful, happy space around!
This is just a little taste of what’s to come, but if you look below, I have furniture, color scheme, and the appliances that are going to start to get added. Right now we are planning on white cabinets and a white corian countertop with rainbow painted cabinet pulls. It’s been a bit of a learning curve for me since I’m installing the cabinets and countertops on my own, but we’re hoping to have the kitchen almost completely done in a few weeks. Once the kitchen is checked off our list, next up is the craft area and it’s already shaping up to the the craft area of my dreams!!! Looking forward to having you all along for the ride, I’m so grateful for all of your support!

What are your thoughts? What do you guys want to see in this space?! We want to not only make this a place for us to work, but also a fun place for all of YOU too!!! P.S. Totally thinking of hanging a giant disco ball in the middle of the kitchen. Baking fun treats is already a party anyways, right? 😉
